Took 2.5 hours to change oil when I was third in line at 6:15 am. They did get me checked in at 6:45 am, but didn't finish until 9:15am. Also asked to see why the passenger side windshield wiper doesn't wi 6:15 am. They did get me checked in at 6:45 am, but didn't finish until 9:15am.
