From the beginning he had reached out to me and even sent me a video of the car I was looking at just to assure me it was actually the I've ever had. I was nervous about buying my car because the previous dealers I had visited this month had tried there best to upsell me on things I didn't want, but Joe was able to show me the value of what he was offering and worked with me.
