Adam was our sales person and we are satisfied with the process. We were kind of shocked though at the value we got for the trade in on my 2016 Equinox which I had bought used in 2018. The carfax report sh process. We were kind of shocked though at the value we got for the trade in on my 2016 Equinox which I had bought used in 2018. The carfax report showed in had been in a significant accident and no one told me that when I bought it. It killed the trade in value. It would have been an issue selling it privately as well so we took our lumps and did the deal. This is our sixth GM vehicle. More
