He's very knowledgeable very friendly, help to clearly lay out multiple options, spoke regular plain jane terms, none of that crazy fancy dealership lingo that nobody understands. Helped to answer all of my questions and get me a great deal. The whole experience was a breeze and before I knew it I was all set with keys in hand happy and satisfied.
