We were searching across the Southeast for the right CPO Panamera. We found several candidates at various dealerships, but the responsiveness and attention we received from our sales representative Raul an Panamera. We found several candidates at various dealerships, but the responsiveness and attention we received from our sales representative Raul and the rest of the team at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter set them apart from all the rest. Since we were 5 hours away, Brian in Finance took extra care in stepping us through everything ahead of time. So thanks to both Raul and Brian for the great service for the sale, trade, and finance. You guys are our new Go To dealership. More

Let me start by saying this, my sales rep Rohail is not at fault nor a bad person! This is not his fault!! It’s Porsche Perimeter Managers fault. He did not print the worksheet his managers are the one tha at fault nor a bad person! This is not his fault!! It’s Porsche Perimeter Managers fault. He did not print the worksheet his managers are the one that approved the deal every step of the way. I have been working with him for years when he was at Audi. I’ll try to keep it short. At the End of Jan, I specked out a 911 signed off on the worksheet at an agreed upon price (MSRP) while registering the vehicle on my business name and address in SC. After signing off as requested by the dealer sent in a $14,000 deposit. Later was told they forgot that they have to include a $8,000 mark up including ppf and warranty that they require after the agreed upon price. This where it starts to go south. I’m a educated buyer I know everything goes over msrp as I’m a consumer who’s taking advantage of the market and looking for deals. I thought Jim Ellis Porsche Perimeter was a MSRP dealer, sadly they are full of bad tricks. Fast forward many arguments and conversations back-and-forth. I was told they have plenty of people waiting on the car and if I canceled they would not care and someone else will take the allocation in a matter of minutes. I know this to be fact, but that’s not how you treat loyal customers who have referred many clients to Porsche and shops at multiple Jim Ellis brands. Forgot to add I also filled out a credit application before the drama started and specifically told them not to pull my credit after being told they have to increase the price. Few days after, while still waiting for my $14,000 refund I learned that my credit was pulled ;(. When I brought this point up to them they said that filling the application gave them the right to pull my credit so I don’t have any basis. While trying to mediate and come to a solution I offered to register the vehicle in Georgia as I knew this was going to be a tactic; at that time I was told this is not possible and the 8K mark up is mandatory. Later on after the drama started to unfold. They said register in Ga and we will give you the signed worksheet price lol. GAMEs!! Finally after being fed up I told them forget it I don’t care to fight with you guys anymore I don’t want the car, and just return my money. Now management is not responsive as to where my refund is daily and being told accounting is on it. STILL NO REFUND. It’s mid Feb now! At the end of the day they have the upper hand because in today’s market it’s a sellers market and they like to lie to their client saying that they are MSRP dealer tacking on warranties and PPF. I know this is a common practice but I wish they were upfront and did not except a signed worksheet and deposit showing MSRP. Other Jim Ellis Dealerships are great. This one’s full of excuses and games. Save you time and don’t go here! More
The staff is friendly, however, I had a 7:30am appointment and this was my first service appointment since purchasing my CPO Porsche. I original scheduled the 20K maintenance with a loaner, howeve appointment and this was my first service appointment since purchasing my CPO Porsche. I original scheduled the 20K maintenance with a loaner, however, the car maintenance reminder was telling me I just needed an oil change. I had only driven the car 9K miles and the car maintenance reminder stated that a major service was not due for another 11K miles. So after going back and forth with the service advisor, Scott Green, about how they look at the date the car was manufactured, and not the mileage. I told him that, I’m going to go by the mileage, and I only want an oil change as indicated by the vehicle reminder and a courtesy wash. I will get the 20K maintenance done after I reach the additional 11K miles. So he agreed and since I wasn’t getting the major service done, he mentioned that they don’t get loaner vehicles out for minor service, so instead of getting the loaner, I agreed to wait on the vehicle since I was only getting an oil change. So I waited about an hour and my car still hadn’t been brought into the bay for them to start working on it. At that time I was pissed because I had a 7:30 appointment. So I went back and vented my frustrations with the service advisor, Scott Green and he reluctantly agreed to give me a loaner. He said that he would be calling be back within an hour to pick up the vehicle. Well, I waited 3 hours and I didn’t hear back from him so I decided to call and find out the status of my car. He said it was just finished and he was looking at it and I said to him I thought you were going to be calling me within an hour. He gave me a lame duck excuse, so I said whatever. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, I noticed that they didn’t even wash it. I will have to think twice about utilizing that dealership. If I have service done at the dealership again, I will work with another service advisor. Scott Green is horrible. More
