My experience at Preston was excellent. I felt zero pressure and truly felt like they appreciated my business. The owner took time out of his day to come talk with me as well. They jumped through hoops to make sure they meet my targeted payment amount. Brian, made the process extremely easy and was more than willing to explain things I did not understand. Even after the sale Brian made sure everything was set up with the car and familiarized me with technology. Additionally, Brian shared his personal number and let me know he was available for anything I needed in the future. I was dreading getting a new vehicle and can honestly because of my great salesman I no longer feel that way. I would recommend him to anyone who is not looking to not be pressured into buying and wants someone committed to getting the customer a good deal. My family has purchased numerous vehicles through him, and that will continue with me. I can’t express enough how exceptional my experience was. More
