Mike helped make an experience that I wasn't looking forward to way better. This was my first new car purchase in a long time and going to Preston and working with Mike during this purchase was an excel forward to way better. JJ was excellent in every way. He was very professional and helped in every step of the process. I liked the fact that he treated me like family and invited me back to the dealer He was very professional and helped in every step of the process. I liked the fact that he treated me like family and invited me back to the dealership for any help with my new car. Todd Gillett was a huge help in explaining all of the technology that comes with my Telluride. I will probably be needing a refresher course once I have had a chance to get accustomed to the many features. It’s nice to know they don’t just sell you a car and forget about you.
