I have never had an experience like I have at Preston. Todd went above and beyond to help me with my lease. I really don't know what I would have done without his and Ed Smiths help, along with others too Todd went above and beyond to help me with my lease. I really don't know what I would have done without his and Ed Smiths help, along with others too. They turned a bad situation into the best choice I could make. For 2 1/2 months they stood by me while we worked on cleaning up another dealerships mess. Not only was he my salesperson he also became a friend. Mr. Preston came over and congratulated me on my new car. Thanks to all who were involved in helping make things right for me. I will definitely be back. More

I went there to test drive a Chevy trailblazer. So I ordered a 2024 because they did not have what I wanted. JJ Moore was my salesman. He placed my order but he was honest with me and told me he ha So I ordered a 2024 because they did not have what I wanted. JJ Moore was my salesman. He placed my order but he was honest with me and told me he had no idea when it would be in. Then when the strike happened I called him and asked him if this would affect my order and of course at would. So he found a trailblazer in Pennsylvania with all the options and the exact color that I wanted and had it sent to his dealership. However was a 2023 which was fine with me as long as I had everything I wanted. Thank you JJ for all the hard work and going above and beyond ! More
