We were very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness with the whole process of purchasing our car from Elise Duwe and the work with Tony Dardis and also meeting Ed Smith befo helpfulness with the whole process of purchasing our car from Elise Duwe and the work with Tony Dardis and also meeting Ed Smith before we left. No pressure sale was greatly appreciated, at Preston Kia last Sat. Plus the free delivery was very appreciated as it was 21/2 hrs from us..We left feeling like we made a new friend and were treated like family. My husband was very excited , like a little boy at Christmas!Thank you very much to all 4 people we dealt with and we never were rushed or pushed into anything.Elise was very knowledgable about the vehicle and so nice to answer all questions we asked.She even called us on our drive home to check on where we were and asked us to text when we arrived home to make sure we got home safeley and called us today to ask if everything was ok since it was delivered.Wish we werent so far out of your area and we would refer people to check with you when searching for a vehicle.
