First time I returned to Preston since I purchased the Kia Sorento in September. Pulled into the service area and was greeted by a staff member who made me feel welcomed. He looked up my appointment, said Kia Sorento in September. Pulled into the service area and was greeted by a staff member who made me feel welcomed. He looked up my appointment, said the oil change and tire rotation was on Preston (1st of 2). Said it would be about an hour. Almost to the minute, another service rep came into the waiting area, showed me all they did and what condition my vehicle was in ( brakes, tires, alignment, etc.). Ten minutes later, I was on my way home. What a relief to find a dealership that provides GREAT customer service. Thank You. More
