Not only was the quote on the new car very competitive, but the whole experience was also very positive. Greg is a gem! Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and forthcoming. No sales gimmicks, no pressure at all. I did not feel like I was being forced to buy a new vehicle. We live an hour away and spent a full day at the dealership but the customer service we got was definitely worth the trip and the time. Very happy with the purchase and the cars! Would highly recommend Princeton Audi to anyone looking to purchase/lease an Audi. More

Excellent customer service I have been servicing my Audis for more than 10 years and I can say with confidence that Jeff, the service manager goes beyond the call of duty to do I have been servicing my Audis for more than 10 years and I can say with confidence that Jeff, the service manager goes beyond the call of duty to do right by his customers. A recent incident clearly illustrates this point whereby due to a misunderstanding I would've had to pay for service that far exceeded my original estimate. Instead of passing on the cost to me, Jeff rightfully absorbed the excess cost to complete the job. It is indeed a tribute to Jeff that while customer service is waning across every industry, Princeton Audi truly excels in that department-- and deserves nothing but praise for its choice of personnel. We did find one that was a bit more than I wanted to spend, and at no time did Sean try to push me into a more expensive vehicle or a vehicle I did not want.
