He told us he had cars coming that we might like. He printed up the MSRP and gave it to us. He told us how much he could take off the MSRP. The car shipment was delayed a few months and he kept us informed. When the vehicles arrived, car deals had by that time improved and he offered us more reductions. At all times he was friendly and honest. If we had not stumbled into Chris, we would not to this day have our E car. More
