I took my car in for routine scheduled maintenance. They took pictures of the outside of my car … bumper to bumper. When I went to leave, I noticed a new door ding immediately below the driver side doo They took pictures of the outside of my car … bumper to bumper. When I went to leave, I noticed a new door ding immediately below the driver side door handle. I summoned the service associate, who got the fellow who took the photos. No picture of the door ding. Was told he would have to speak to his manager who was on lunch break. He later called me back to say they would pay for half of a door replacement if I paid for the other half! I’ve bought three new cars from this dealer. I will never again set foot in the place! More
