Sean Kim and Jae Lee were both very friendly but I was disappointed that the person checking my car in (Michelle) didn’t specify that I would have to check in with a service rep. I waited an hour until I disappointed that the person checking my car in (Michelle) didn’t specify that I would have to check in with a service rep. I waited an hour until I approached a rep who directed me to Jae. She wasn’t really super friendly either and could have just said a few more words to let me know that I should check in with someone.
