First time here.Service rep was very helpful. Web appointment was easy to set up. Got there early and they got me right in. Told me how much time it would take in the waiting room. Found my battery s appointment was easy to set up. Got there early and they got me right in. Told me how much time it would take in the waiting room. Found my battery still under warranty was going bad and replaced it no charge. Even washed my Kona. Very professional and I am a happy Customer. They will definitely be my dealer from now on. More
