Service was okay, Mr. Jay didn't seem to be concern about my vehicle active recall and told me that the recall part was sent back due to being in the dealership for too long. I told him I never got a call or my vehicle active recall and told me that the recall part was sent back due to being in the dealership for too long. So far, I still haven't received any calls from the dealership. I dont think Hyundai is taking the safety recall seriously since it's been couple months since I first became aware of the recall issue. More
