He offered a VIP tour and wanted to schedule a test drive. I went the next day. I opted to buy! The paperwork process was slow but maybe that is typical. I haven’t bought a car in a long time. The best part was that Ray and Yassef Souleman (spelling?) made the process fun. They were both cracking jokes with me. Really nice people. Yassef was extremely helpful with my decision on whether to buy or finance and he gave me the best possible option. The next day my car was washed and ready and Ray gave me a tutorial on how to use most of the buttons and even synced up my iPhone and showed me all of the features on the display. GREAT car buying experience!! More
