Puente Hills Hyundai takes your money and forgets about you I purchase a vehicle with a Customer Certificate I got from a friend, it's been a few years since we last purchased a vehicle, since this certificate I purchase a vehicle with a Customer Certificate I got from a friend, it's been a few years since we last purchased a vehicle, since this certificate included the VIN number of the exact vehicle we wanted, we expected to be in and out faster, but it still took 3 and 1/2 hours. This was a Friday night and there was only 1 or 2 other customers. We also filled out a list of accessories we wanted to add to the car. some were included in the contract some were not, we were informed by the finance person that they were already installed. It was not true, they charged us $1897 for only $574 worth of parts. I received a call from a lady there saying she was my contact person, when I called someone else answered and said she would call me back, she never did, so when I call back and talked to her about the issues, she transferred me to the parts department, who then told me one of the items wasn't available, he said he would call me back, but never did. now 4 weeks later I get a call from a 3rd person, but it wasn't about resolving my issues, it was to try and sell me more accessories. when we took the vehicle for a test drive they wouldn't let us go on the freeway, because they wanted to limit the mileage on the car to make sure it was worth more Also, the SWAT Karr Recovery program sucks, when the guy show us how it worked it was real time when I tried to use it, to find the vehicle it took 2 to 3 minutes to find out where the vehicle was at that moment More
