Spoke to advisor and was very friendly and gave me estimated time to pick up car when servicing is finished. Advisor called my phone to notify me when to come pick up my vehicle. Advisor navigated me to the cashier to get my receipt printed out. Advisor was thorough with me about what services was done to my car and reset every mirror and seat back to how it was when I first dropped it off. Complimentary car wash too after car was finished. Definitely made it into one of my Go-To Hyundai service centers :) More

2023 Ioniq 5= to replace the windshield after a faulty wiperblade scratch my WINDSHIELD.... I was told they would charge my car and wash it but they didn't do either and the guy who replaced my windshield wiperblade scratch my WINDSHIELD.... No real problems with the dealership itself—the service advisors have been pleasant—however I have been very disappointed with the mileage of my car itself (a 2020 Elantra). It’s never gotten near what wa advisors have been pleasant—however I have been very disappointed with the mileage of my car itself (a 2020 Elantra). It’s never gotten near what was advertised, and that’s been very disappointing, as that is the main reason I selected and purchased this car. (It seems to have come closer to what was advertised for highway driving, but the city mileage has been horrible—it has maybe reached the advertised city mpg once or twice in three years.) More
