I saw the car I wanted online, however when I got there the car wasn’t available. That was my fault because I should have called first. Royce ask me what exactly was I looking for so he could keep an eye o the car wasn’t available. That was my fault because I should have called first. Royce ask me what exactly was I looking for so he could keep an eye out for me. Later that day he called me to let me know that the car had became available again. I went back to test drive the car. I wanted to take it to my mechanic to have him look at it and give me his opinion. They worked with me on getting that done. Everything was done in two days. Also I had no way of getting both cars home and Royce was kind enough to help me get my car home. Last but not least, I have to mention miss Mary brown who was the first person I encountered upon entering the dealership. She was super nice and pleasant and made me feel welcome. once again thanks Royce and miss Mary. More

Jeff was keen to work with us and to get us the best deal he could possibly get from his managers. RBM Alpharretta has harsh policy in used vehicles with regards to warranty. If they believe so much in the mechanical and overall inspection and maintenance pof their cars (whcih are mostly luxury cars) I don´t understand the hesitation in giving some sort of warranty.... it could be 1 year, 6 months, 5000 miles or even 1000 miles... anything would be better than left unprotected for possiible preexisting conditions. More
