Words can't express how pleased we are with our experience with RBM of Alpharetta! We went into the dealership knowing of their outstanding reputation, but still were impressed above the praises we experience with RBM of Alpharetta! We went into the dealership knowing of their outstanding reputation, but still were impressed above the praises we'd already heard. Our sales specialist, Lori Mohr, is knowledgeable, personable and did an amazing job educating us on the brand and it's lineup, as we had been BMW owners previously. We ended up building a GLE 450 for our travel car and could not be more pleased with the purchase, so much so, that we are looking to now purchase another Mercedes from Lori and the dealership as a "runabout town" car in the near future. Mercedes has a reputation of the highest standard and RBM of Alpharetta and Lori Mohr reflect those standards beyond reproach. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we understood the allure of the Mercedes name, based on its product, but even more so on the highest standards of their employee's dedication to excellence.
