Employees were very friendly and seemingly helpful but in my opinion a little loose and misleading. I said more than once I didn't want any extra warranties or services but he didn't listen to me and went th my opinion a little loose and misleading. I said more than once I didn't want any extra warranties or services but he didn't listen to me and went thru different plans then got down to $19 a month with all coverages in part. Said he would extend time on some and would throw in a lifetime oil change and tire rotation. Said he could do that because they made money back on warranties. I signed the papers just to get done. Then when I later saw I was charged full price on every plan I went to cancel them. Wasn't allowed to see the lady that did that work after she told me to come by and see her. Practically a month later they hadn't been cancelled. Danny got on the phone and told me he would get it done and he did to a point. They agreed to cancel a maintenance contract but hadn't done it until my last visit to the dealership and I have nothing to show me it was cancelled except their word which didn't hold water very well. Danny also told a fellow I said that man lied when I saw him pull the cancellation form from a desk drawer that he said he gave to accounting right away. That fellow came out the door hollering at me and I tried to get him to calm down and talk but he just kept ranting for a while. Both sides are at fault. I finally signed for $19 a month when I shouldn't have and they are at fault for being misleading and a bit less than honest. That is the way car dealerships do business and I will say this. Buyer Beware. More

Russell has helped me with 5 Vehicle purchased now both new and used, each time the experience has been relaxed and low pressure. What I really appreciate about this dealership is they go over everything in detail with you during the signing. The finance manager goes over the numbers in detail so their are "No Surprises." This dealership strives on return customers and they make sure you understand everything you are receiving and paying for. The final reason I keep coming back here is the service department is the best period. It's the only "Dealership" I will take my cars for regular service no matter the brand of car. They don't try and upsell you anything, prices are reasonable vs other dealerships, and unlike no name mechanics they stand behind their work. My 2022 Outlander joins my Mother's 2013 Outlander Sport in family duty, both have been and will be maintained by RC Hill as long as I own them. More
