Very disappointed with customer service. I had a leak in my 2019 Acura RDX trunk which has been repaired twice under warranty. The vehicle now has 67,000 miles and is out of warranty. The de I had a leak in my 2019 Acura RDX trunk which has been repaired twice under warranty. The vehicle now has 67,000 miles and is out of warranty. The dealership did not want to cover the repair. Additionally, they charge me a diagnostic fee. I already knew the diagnosis of a leak from the sunroof. Rallye acura has lost a customer. Rallye acura stated the leak was coming from debris clogging the drain holes in the back of the sunroof. This also was affecting the sound system. The total repair cost was estimated at $2800. I will take my business elsewhere. More
