As I was there to dropped my 2020 mdx for door lock repair, so i had to leave it for a couple of days. So I’ll need a loaner! So now “Kenny Persaud” Was my customer service advisor who was tried to d repair, so i had to leave it for a couple of days. So I’ll need a loaner! So now “Kenny Persaud” Was my customer service advisor who was tried to denied me for a loaner, which I notice lately Some of Acura dealerships do to people of color!! Specially PARAGON ACURA is very big that… by the way PARAGON ACURA is the worst dealership.so Staphanie from Rallye Acura the GM was passing by as I was asking Kenny for a loaner and tried to denied me, and she says hi” I’m the GM did you ask for a loaner and I said yes! And her and the Sevice manager were extremely nice and they assisted me with a loaner, I really appreciate it because I didn’t expect them to do that, specially when service advisor was trying not to give you one. More
