Terrible experience. First saw the car and it was filthy and and had no gas in for the test drive. We decided to buy the car and it literally took three hours for the transaction to be completed. There were no issues with our situation so it should have been a very easy transaction. By the time the transaction was complete. The dealership was closing, and the security officer was waiting to put the chain on the fence, so I was not given a full orientation to my car. I was given a temporary plate which ended up expiring, and rather than offering a solution, Iwas told to just drive the car with an expired plate. When I complained about things I was made to feel as if it was our fault and we were difficult. Customer service is terrible. More

I have to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue. In my first visit, I scheduled a loaner car just for me to get there with no car waiting for me. Instead I had to go to enterprise. When I was issue. In my first visit, I scheduled a loaner car just for me to get there with no car waiting for me. Instead I had to go to enterprise. When I was informed my car was ready to be picked up, I was able to see the ambient light situation was not fixed just by looking at. I also had to call 3 times to get a yes or no answer to ask whether my car was fixed or not, just to not be called back and it not being fixed. In my most recent visit, I brought my car in and was told the problem was fixed, just for me to go in see it wasn't within a minute of them pulling it up. All it took was a light tap on the car to figure out the issue was not fixed. It takes me at least 2 visits to get anything fixed. I also said something about a squeaking from the engine only on a cold start and they called me a couple hours later telling me the car was ready, where they had no chance for a cold start. It feels like there is no communication and no reasonable investigation that the car was ever fixed before calling me to pick it up. It also feels like they are trying to fix it as quick as possible rather than with quality More
