Although the service center was top tier as soon as i showed up for my appointment. As i was walking through the show room and waiting room it felt very airy. There was a lack of customer service. No on showed up for my appointment. As i was walking through the show room and waiting room it felt very airy. There was a lack of customer service. No one greeting me or asked if i needed assistance. Every one was sitting at there desk or chatting with other employees. This was my first time bringing my car there after coming to a dealer closer to my new home. More

I cannot thank Bert Vargas and Rallye BMW enough for helping me get my new convertible. I was in the hospital for over a month and they accommodated me and made it all happen so my dream car was waiting helping me get my new convertible.
