I had car service done on 1/19. 1/21, Saturday evening, my car had Engine coolant level low warning. when we open the hood, we saw the coolant tank had no cover and the cover was 1/21, Saturday evening, my car had Engine coolant level low warning. when we open the hood, we saw the coolant tank had no cover and the cover was right next to the coolant tank. I drove the car for two days without the cover. I sent the photos and message to Adam Romano and BMW, no one reply. I called on 1/25, went back to the service department to check on my coolant tank issue. Last year, the car mechanic left blade and car part ( rubber cover?) under the hood. Very disappointed. More

I had to pay almost $2000 for a rental after my car was serviced by BMW. Because it stopped working right after I brought it back home and even after I reached out to BWM to ask them to take another look a serviced by BMW. Because it stopped working right after I brought it back home and even after I reached out to BWM to ask them to take another look at it, that maybe something was not put back together correctly. I was told that they could not do anything and that "their mechanics" would not make a mistake like that. So, after having to rent a car for two weeks during the holidays, I was finally able to get them to see me again. Just to tell me that yes there something was loose which cause me to have electrical issues. So, after paying BMW to service my car and almost $2000 for a rental my car was finally fixed. Absolutely unbelievable that this happened, especially after the amount for money I paid for my vehicle and the amount I paid to get it serviced. More
