This is not my first experience with Rallye, I own a MB from Rallye, but Bert Vargas is probably the BEST auto sales person that I have ever dealt with. When I call him he always had the definitive answer from Rallye, but Bert Vargas is probably the BEST auto sales person that I have ever dealt with. When I call him he always had the definitive answer. He work hard to get me to where I wanted to be. There was 1 small glitch with the car when I took delivery and he was all over the issue. He ordered the part and within 3 days he had the part and put it on himself and within 5 minutes I was on my way. For an easy and smooth sale experience there should be more Bert's. In all candidness I did try other BMW dealers but Rallye and with Bert as my sales person it was well worth the trip. Thank you Bert. More
The sunroof problem that I brought the car in for continued to rattle again after about 1 week. Service is excellent however the loaner vehicles should be given to clients with a full tank of fuel. Specifically asked the service rep to look at the lowest cost option first to fix the vehicle. He comes back with a price tag of $1,600. I tell him that is outrageous and I am taking the car back.
