When my credit request wasn’t approved despite excellent credit score I had to push a bit to find a solution. Therefore the only 4-stars. Overall excellent service! More

The best Rallye BMW is the best service department in the country I guarantee it and I would bet on it, and I’m not talking about a service department that tak Rallye BMW is the best service department in the country I guarantee it and I would bet on it, and I’m not talking about a service department that takes in a max of 50 cars a day this department takes in over a 100 cars a day everyday always friendly always happy and willing to help anyone. Unreasonable Diagnostic fee I sent my car for service due to a recall. While I was there, I also asked them to look into a separate issue. There is a mechanism to push the seat I sent my car for service due to a recall. While I was there, I also asked them to look into a separate issue. There is a mechanism to push the seat belt forward so that it makes it easier to reach and grab when the car is first turned on. This mechanism has been malfunctioning and will not grasp the seat belt. I asked the dealer how much it would be to fix this and they told me that they couldn't do anything without first charging me a diagnostic fee of $185. This is an unnecessary fee since the issue was clearly visible. They wouldn't even look at the car if I didn't pay for this fee. Very unreasonable from the dealer. More
