Unfortunately, the service at this location has declined drastically. Christopher Williams needs a refresher course in professionalism and customer service. Not only was he patronizing, his ridiculous attempts at pretending to be helpful were laughable! My vehicle was not washed, and I had to retrieve it from the service area myself because no one knew how to open the door. Maybe I'll contact Corporate!
