Absolutely horrible! The worse experience I have ever had with a Dealership and Service advisor. Had a simple water pump to replace and they denied fixing it because they The worse experience I have ever had with a Dealership and Service advisor. Had a simple water pump to replace and they denied fixing it because they accused me of bringing the car to another shop. Meanwhile, there’s no reason for me to bring the car to another shop because it was warrantied and I was just there at Rallye 2 weeks prior to replace a tire. Long story short, they wanted $60,010 to fix the car and replace the engine. The car stayed at Rallye for 17 weeks and batteries died and I had to tow the car to a local mechanic to get it fixed before I returned the lease. I got the car fixed for $2k and replaced batteries for another $2k and returned it to the Dealership. My goal was to purchase the car because I loved the car but now I had to pay $3k for the extra mileage instead of just buying it. BMW financial was informed and communicated with this entire time and they only offered $1500 to my next purchase or lease of another BMW. Still scratching my head why this has happened, all I can say is that this could’ve been handle more professionally but now everyone will hear my unfortunate experience. Mel More
