very disappointed in Tony from Sales. My family has leased/purchased approximately 6 lexus autos from Rallye. In addition, prior to that I leased over 23 Acura from Rallye Acura. In addit My family has leased/purchased approximately 6 lexus autos from Rallye. In addition, prior to that I leased over 23 Acura from Rallye Acura. In addition, all my cars my serviced at Rallye. Nevertheless, when I called Rallye to inquire if they could assist with my purchase of my 2022 RX, Tony informed me, that unless I was financing through Rallye they would not help because otherwise, Rallye wouldn't be making enough money on the lease end purchase. I am extremely disappointed in Rallye as I was loyal customer of the Rallye Group for over 35 years to be treated this way. I will now service my vehicles at Great Neck Lexus(which is far more convenient). More
