Very Condescending Saleswoman I had been with Rallye Acura for 9 years, leasing 3 MDXs. My wife and I are thinking of a change. Since the Acura family was so courteous, we hoped th I had been with Rallye Acura for 9 years, leasing 3 MDXs. My wife and I are thinking of a change. Since the Acura family was so courteous, we hoped the Benz family will be the same. Unfortunately this was not the case. I met a saleslady (name withheld), she told me she had 30 yeas of experience with Benz. As soon as I spoke to her, her voice and tone was very condescending. I wondered if it was the way I dressed, my age, or my ethnicity. I told her my MDX lease was to expire very soon and was looking for other cars outside the Acura family. She assumed that I couldn’t afford anything over a GLC and started throwing numbers at me, with a tone that matched. My wife and I make a very decent living, we are not the type to throw our entire paycheck towards car payments. Mercedes Benz do make beautiful and classy cars, but the person I encountered today was definitely not. It makes me want to remain with Rallye Acura or give Helms Brothers Mercedes Benz a try. More
