Purchased my first Mercedes- Quality of Service #1 I was finally ready in life to buy my first luxury car and always wanted it to be a Mercedes. I was also hoping that my experience in going thru the purchase of my car at Rallye was not going to be the typical "pressure buy feeling" I have had in my past car buying experiences. My co workers at Estee Lauder not only recommended Rallye but also recommended Lou Verderosa as the salesman to see there. Well from the first moment I met him to the test drive to the daily negotiations to make this deal work at a reasonable price it all became a worth while experience to this purchase - I will not only recommend Rallye as the dealership to buy/lease from but more importantly to go thru Lou as your salesman. He is an asset to your brand/dealership! More

Car bought with damage - no disclosure I bought certified preowned 2016 GLE 350 on 9/21/2018. I went to service with my car on 3/8/2019, because a warning message came up on my dashboard. I bought certified preowned 2016 GLE 350 on 9/21/2018. I went to service with my car on 3/8/2019, because a warning message came up on my dashboard. It said "Collision prevention assistance inoperative" . When I got to the dealership, mechanic did the diagnostics and performed a short test. He saw a code which comes up as if the car was in a collision and found that the front bumper has been painted and right front fender has been moved. They tried to convince me that I did all. I was never in an accident with this car. I have been driving it for almost 6 months without any problems, until this warning light came on, and I called the dealer right away to schedule my appointment for service on 3/8/19. I have been Mercedes customer since 2003 in Massapequa dealership prior to coming here. I came here to buy a car this time because of my previous relationship with your employee, sales manager Kevin Crandon. My complaint here is with your employees who were trying to convince me that I was in an accident, and that I fixed and repainted the bumper. I was never in an accident and they didn't even want to hear that. They asked if I want them to fix it but they would charge $700!! I was very disappointed with this dealership, because I purchased this "certified preowned vehicle" that must have been in an accident prior to my purchase (and nobody saw that?), and they tried to blame it on me. I let everyone at your location know how upset I am, and you all know what a valuable customer I am, and until this that nobody followed up with me. Because of this, I lost my trust in you and considering going to another dealer. I filed the complaint with customer relations. In the meantime, I had to go to another MB dealer, got the problem fixed and paid for it myself. More
