The problem was not solved, the service which dealership promised to perform - was not done, the car was supposed to be washed - and on the pick up it’s been same dirty as on drop off. On the morning of May 16 the open/close door lock button on the driver's side fell into the door itself. Because of Covid 19, Rallye was closed that Sat. so Monday morning, without an appointment I brought the 5 day old car to Rallye's Service Center and told Rob Carlson about the issue. Within an hour, the car was fixed. Rob is polite, professional and courteous. The same for Joseph Plut. It's a pleasure dealing with Rallye Mercedes. More

Cannot trust service person's results. Items that are visibly defective were listed as "Working as Designed" Not so. Was reprogrammed & not warned that Bluetooth had to be reset. My car was scheduled for the first service and inspection. I was assured because of the virus the utmost care wd b taken care of. I picked up my car which you said you washed which it was not.
