sales person, David Shultz went out of his way to make things right,but he did not have the support of management. They charged $1200 to inspect this used vehicle and missed the fact that the low beam hea things right,but he did not have the support of management. They charged $1200 to inspect this used vehicle and missed the fact that the low beam headlights aren't working properly. Then, they argued saying there is nothing wrong with the lights.After further testing, they finally conceded the lights aren't right. Now, I have to make another trip back to get them replaced, which is a one hour drive each way. They should of kept my car give me a loaner till they fix their mistake More
