I put my 18 jeep, that I purchased there, in a 9 for an oil change and tire rotation. The car sat there all day until 4 without being moved or worked on. No one called, no explanation, and a half hearted a oil change and tire rotation. The car sat there all day until 4 without being moved or worked on. I will never go back there, it has been a week without any word from the dealership even though I emailed management about the situation. This is a first for me. More

Displeased, took my truck for an oil change and they said their internet was down, so they could look anything up. I understand that the internet is out of your control but it was an all day ordeal.
