The dealership lied to me when I purchased my 10000 mile warranty telling me that it included tune ups and it does not. then they offered me to pay for 3 tune up package for an additional fee. I complained, warranty telling me that it included tune ups and it does not. then they offered me to pay for 3 tune up package for an additional fee. I complained, I finally got a call back and a manager said that he would charge me cost for a 50,000 warranty and credit the cost of the 3 tun ups. He never called back as he promised nor answered several emails and even a letter I sent. Beware!!! I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and others for this fraud. More

Service was great, but the facility is terrible - waiting areas for customers are too small and were very crowded. Also saw ants crawling on the floor.
