Hands down, I've always had a good experience with Rivera Toyota. Most recently, we leased a RAV 4 Prime -- our sales rep was Georgie Brunner. I would have never looked at the RAV4 Prime as I didn't think Toyota. Most recently, we leased a RAV 4 Prime -- our sales rep was Georgie Brunner. I would have never looked at the RAV4 Prime as I didn't think a lot about the technology of electric vehicles, but Georgie recommended it. He explained about the charging and gas savings it would bring. Indeed it has been a wonderful car as we've had it about 6 weeks. Just love it. Georgie dealt with my insurance agent and handled the leasing transaction. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who "trained" me on the RAV4 Prime the day we picked it up, but he was wonderful - thoroughly explained the car, how it worked, all the little gadgets, etc., very patient. The dealership sends many informational emails to keep me informed about the details/perks of the new car. We've used the dealership for servicing of our other Toyota cars and have always been very pleased with the scheduling and turn around of service. Toyota makes a great automobile. More
