When (for whatever reason) it became available again), Sean reached out to check if I was still interested. I was. And my husband & I had to be very interested because we traveled almost 2 hours to get to Mt. Kisco (we live on Eastern Long Island). The car was cleaned up well and there were only minor scratches on the vehicle. Sean clearly has a great knowledge of automobiles and was patient in explaining how the vehicle worked. He was friendly and accommodating (as was his manager - a very bright and extremely competent woman). We were a tad forlorn that our trade-in was priced lower than other sources had quoted, but it would have been too overwhelming for us to drive 2 vehicles back to Long Island, so we accepted the trade-in. We then met with Alex in financing who sold us a premium coverage policy - which made us feel more secure about buying a used car. Alex has so warm & reassuring, we felt like we were getting advice from a dear friend. All and all, it was a rewarding experience and would TOTALLY recommend Rivera Toyota to anyone considering purchasing a car. Thanks guys! More
