Chris was a fine salesman. We were surprised about the $1,500 dealer prep fee. Especially cuz there's still a few things that don't work on my used Cadillac. There's a tail light out, the passenger side headlight cover gasket must be busted cuz there's condensation constantly inside. And the driver's lumbar support does not work. I would think Mr Rizza would have thought they should be done before the sale too. They were going to call me yesterday but did not so I'll call them today for those things and to see if I can get another key, they only had the one key and key fob. But the car trumped enough for me to take it home. I was planning on leaving it there for those fixes but the mechanics were off cuz it was the day after 4th of July. And I still haven't figured out what all those buttons do. So hopefully they'll take care of these things that I believe should have been done in your repair shop before the sale. The place was nice and well taken care of. You have a pretty big group of employee smokers out the front door. The reason I was there was just cuz you had the right car. I've been looking for a 4x4 SUV with a sunroof under 100,000 miles and under $8,500. This is an all-wheel drive SUV with a big sunroof 99,000 MI and it was $8,900 but they took off $400 so I met my 85. But ended up at 11,6 out the door with your $1,500 dealer prep fee. I was hoping for 10 grand out the door. So this dealer prep fee means We're basically paying your mechanics to fix up the cars, most of the way, before they're up for sale? But I do love my new used car. Thanks More
