I was okay with the oil change. I did request that, but the back parking break issue did not get taken care of. The car was place on the machine for $175 or more to reveal whatever I did request that, but the back parking break issue did not get taken care of. The car was place on the machine for $175 or more to reveal whatever else was wrong with my car. They said both fog lights, but not once did they say anything about parking back senor light. I took for granted that everything would be shown what was wrong with the car. There was no way that should have been over looked since it shows up saying that it needed to be service when you are backing that car up. I spent right at two hours there and that was not taken care of. When I went to leave I questioned the service tech about that and he acted liked he did not realize it was out. He went to the back and told me the senor light was missing and that it would cost $200 or more to fix it and knowing that I have just paid over $500 dollars for services that I thought included the parking light sensor. Therefore no I am not happy with the service I received on that day. I feel liked I was shafted in that deal. More
Got me back on the road in an emergency, but technician did not notice oil plug was loose and I asked specifically to have the oil checked.
