We were all packed and ready to head back home to Oregon when the fuel filter light went on. Even though the service department was slammed that day, they said they would work us in. Beth greeted us as I g when the fuel filter light went on. Even though the service department was slammed that day, they said they would work us in. Beth greeted us as I got out of our track and was very sympathetic and supportive of our situation. Germaine Kendrick what is the service manager that checked us in and said that it could be up to four hours to get our fuel filter replaced. As it turns out between Germaine and the service department we were back on the road in a couple hours. This is the type of “above and beyond”service that you rarely find. As we were leaving, Beth made sure that we had cold bottles of water take with us for our trip. More

I had a great experience buying my new Cadillac at Royal Buick GMC of Tucson. I was able to get a good deal on my new car, and enjoyed all of the extras they provide. Royal Buick was really good about working with us to get where we wanted to be with the car and the price range we were looking at. The additional amenities they provide such as Surface Protection and Lifet where we wanted to be with the car and the price range we were looking at. Daniel took the time we needed to make sure everything was set up and working properly (i.e. OnStar, Sirius etc.). BOUGHT A NEW BUICK ENCLAVE THROUGH AHMAD AT ROYAL BUICK. $45,000. THE BRACKET FOR THE LIFT ARM FOR THE BACK HATCH BROKE. THEY RECONNECTED IT LAST YEAR. IT LASTED 4 DAYS.
