I purchased new tires through the dealership. I was told that someone would call to confirm that they’d arrived, and that did not happen. Customer service in the service center was positive, friendly, and that someone would call to confirm that they’d arrived, and that did not happen. Customer service in the service center was positive, friendly, and effective, thank you. I mildly irritated that an alignment is not part of the cost when a set of tires are purchased. Don’t new tires NEED to be aligned? Make it part of the cost, please! More
