My car buying experience with Royal Moore Subaru was easy and stress free. Most dealerships try to haggle with you and play an angle on selling a car, but CJ and Emmylea didn't do that at all. They were nothing but helpful, and they made me feel comfortable with my purchase. There's also so much that goes into these newer cars compared to what I was driving previously, and Royal Moore does their best to share their expansive knowledge on things whenever I have a question- no matter how small. They created a nice atmosphere and were very kind people. I would highly recommend going through them in the future for anyone looking for a Subaru of their own. More

Selling my 3-year old used car online, I had done my homework. I priced it based on the latest Kelly Blue Book price and an AutoVin report based on a detailed inspection of my vehicle. Normal wear, "goo homework. I priced it based on the latest Kelly Blue Book price and an AutoVin report based on a detailed inspection of my vehicle. Normal wear, "good" condition minus $500-$700 of excess damage. Check. That's what the car is worth. Along comes Saul Hernandez-Salgado from Royal Moore Subaru, soliciting me to sell them my car because they need it so badly due to low inventory conditions. I agree on a price that's $200 lower than my bottom line number, since they promise to take it in and write me a check with no hassle. I show up a couple of days later on Saul's day off and ask for Clint Edwards as instructed. I get the typical car-dealer treatment. "Sit here and wait while Clint checks the car. I'm talking to him in the other office." (You know the drill.) After I wait half an hour, the guy comes back with a number that's $2,500 less than what I agreed with Saul. I pick up my title and keys and walk out. Clint calls me that night and proceeds to say how he's just the objective appraiser. He doesn't know what went on. He basically throws Saul under the bus. Wouldn't you know, I sold the car less than 24 hours later to a private party buyer for the exact bottom line number I started at with Saul! If you want to waste your time with a sleazy car dealership that doesn't keep its word and tries to pull the most tired bait-and-switch maneuvers in the book, then you should head straight for Royal Moore Subaru and ask for Clint.
