My first time going to the shop in the dealership was a great experience! I was attending to quickly and the next thing I know I was in the waiting room. I just couldn’t process as much information as they were giving me and it was a big decision to have to make in the moment at a stressful time. Maybe make that option and its pricing clear sooner.
