The dealer reached out to me and we had a sit down to discuss my issues. The general and service manager sat with me and listened. I was able to articulate my problems and they really paid attention. The lost ground I spoke of may have been with the advisor and the mechanicals of the car. The additional problems I spoke of were related but not related. (A car is the sum of its parts) A different part failed, which added to my disappointment. I will say they heard my frustration with the situation and stepped up to help me. Since picking up the car again; it seems to be back to normal and I am happy. Eric and Anthony stepped up and I thank them publicly! I am once again happy with my car.
