I had appointment for oil change on my keep and the job was not completed for almost 2 1/2 hours later. The Attendant, Matt, was amazing. I did have a problem with the extended warranty, I was informed by Liccardi that I was covered when in fact I was not. He was helpful, keeping me up I did have a problem with the extended warranty, I was informed by Liccardi that I was covered when in fact I was not.
