I called and spoke to Bobby who confirmed the price. I spoke to Justin in finance who secured my financing, warranty and gap, and beat the rate I had at my other bank where I was pre-approved. They didn't negotiate, which is a plus in my opinion. They tell you what the price is and if you like it great, if not that's ok also. This was honestly the BEST experience I have ever had - which is saying a lot. I have 9 years dealership experience from Admin to Finance and this is the first vehicle I have purchased where I have not worked where I bought the car. As an employee you learn what to expect, so my expectation was high, as a customer I was highly impressed. I had visited 4 other dealerships and didn't click with the sales people, or finance people. A few had me there hours going back and forth negotiating the price with their managers. It was refreshing to have an experience like I would have had at my prior employer where I walk in they tell me what I want to know and I can accept it or walk out. I will be back when I am ready to buy again, and I will be recommending them to others. Ryan - is new to the industry and did a great job being personable and professional. He went over the car in detail and really made me feel good about my decision. He even came back out when he saw me still sitting there trying to figure out the nav system to help me. Bobby - I called in exasperated from leaving another dealer, he was patient and kind even though I may have been a little huffy because of my last experience. He is a great sales manager, and went the extra mile. Justin - He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great financial experience. As someone that's done this job, I cannot say enough good things about him. He kept me in the loop and let me know once he got financing secured. David - IS AWESOME!! He laughed with me, we talked about guns, kids, my experience as a finance manager. He was thorough, and efficient in getting me in and out quickly while at the same time personable and friendly. Best Car Buying Experiance Ever... Again I went to the car dealer due to having problems with 2015 F150 truck. Kevin Cunningham jump in to take care of my truck as soon as possible. I then explained my situation with Danny Forsee who I originally bought my truck from. I was really just ranting but he said that if we were not happy he and Mike Munden would help me into a new truck. After a little working on the financial side from both them and myself we worked out a deal we could both live with. Brandon Matthews got on the paperwork quickly and made sure all the T were crossed and I were dote. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2016 F150. I really feel that they went above and beyond anything any other dealer would to make my family happy again, even calling me on there days off. Whether its buying or servicing i will be returning here. I will defiantly be recommending them to anyone asking me for a salesman and explain to them the type of service they would receive from Sam Pack Ford Carrollton. Thanks Again. More

She seemed a novice in the car business and could not even answer simple questions about the features we were looking for in our new Ford. She was also very uncaring and rude. I couldn't believe a dealer had hired her to sell Fords, she was unknowledgeable and had no confidence in what she was saying. She was weak and unconvincing, after wasting two and half hours with Miley we decided to cut our losses and try another dealer. We ended up buying from another dealer, even though it was not as close to us as this one. Make sure you avoid Miley, or just don't buy from this dealer. More
