Enjoyable car buying experience! I only purchase a new car every 8-10 years, and when i do, i wouldn't usually describe it as enjoyable....until i purchased my new Ford Edge from Sam I only purchase a new car every 8-10 years, and when i do, i wouldn't usually describe it as enjoyable....until i purchased my new Ford Edge from Sam Pack Five Star Ford Carrollton! Rob Forgy was our salesperson...he was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. After i explained all i was looking for in a new car, how i would be using it, etc.....Rob went out to the lot, and brought back THE VERY car i wanted...the FIRST time! After the test drive i knew this was the car i wanted, and Rob worked hard to make it happen for me. We met with David Barragan in Finance....again, a great individual and a pleasure to work with. These two fine people took great care of me, listened to my needs, and made it happen! I left in my new Edge a very happy new car owner. More

The day I called Melanie I had been to 4 dealerships. When I arrived I was so incredibly frustrated! I had a budget that I thought would not support anything I would be happy with. To my surprise she actually listened to me and had 2 vehicles picked out and pulled up to the front for me to look at. It was so nice to have someone take what I was asking for and have it ready for me when I got there. That same day I had called another ford dealership and they pretty much just said not possible. By meeting with her and Raj I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at the exact price I could afford. It was even a $1 less than what my husband said I could spend monthly.:) The best part was I didn't have to spend all day sitting there and going back and forth with them. I would recommend those two to anyone. I am so happy with my 2017 Titanium Escape (which I didn't even think was possible to get). It drives amazing, it is great on gas and is just big enough for my family of 5 with two car seats. I am looking forward to buying my Ford Explorer from her next. More

I got exactly what I needed. Exceeded my expectations! I was upside down on a recent F150 lease because of a previous trade-in. I was afraid of carrying too much negative equity into a new car loan but I was quite surprised to learn the deal of a lifetime offered within my payment range including extras such as Gap Insurance, 72 month bumper to bumper extended warranty, window tint, etc.. Now I am thrilled to be the new owner of a beautiful Ford Mustang and love it to death! More

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Reuben in less then 2 years. He sold my husband a 2015 Mustang before they were in stock. We called Reuben and told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and he presented us with all the options once we got to the dealership. He does not pressure you into buying something you do not want or need. Reuben makes buying a new car fun instead of a hassle. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to get you the deal you want.
