Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

Rebolloso, who is a general Sales Manager works very close to Trey. I will advocate for Trey and Sam Pack's Ford Dealerships for any time of the day. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy Ford cars, to go see Trey and his team. We had bought brand new 2010 Ford Fusion, Traded Lexus ES350 to buy 2012 Ford Focus and then 2018 Ford Focus. My first experience with a Sam Pack dealership was the Carrollton dealership in 2006. I have been going to the Dallas location due to convenience and proximity. Their service there has gone downhill so ba Carrollton dealership in 2006. I have been going to the Dallas location due to convenience and proximity. Their service there has gone downhill so bad that I cannot go there anymore. You are lucky if you get a response from them at all much less a prompt reply from managers on down. Mass confusion always. Very disappointing considering how it used to be. Possibly due to employee turnover. So, I searched the Carrollton location and found out that Clay Young was still there as was my salesman Rey Mendoza and Trey Russell. Also discovered some other employees in service department were still there. My first inquiry was to Clay, and lo and behold I received a very prompt, detailed response, fully answering my inquiry. I have not been back yet but that is my goal. More

It was THAT great. I spoke with Jared over the phone, explained my not so ideal situation, sent all my vital info to him via text and after work I went to the dealership and I was driving away with my new car 45 minutes later. It was amazing. Jared was responsive, and so helpful he listened to all that I wanted and delivered it to me in record time. I will never buy another car elsewhere.
